BRP Can-Am Spider Course – Our cancellation policy is set by BRP who have a no cancel policy. Should you need to cancel the course fee will be lost. However, please contact us as soon as you know you are unable to attend the date booked and we will work with you for getting you rebooked on another course date as a one time opportunity. NO SHOW POLICY should you not show up for your course that you have booked, the course fee will be lost and rebooking and repaying will be required for a new date.
Class 6 Policy 1) Should you need to cancel outside of 48hrs before the start of your “lot training,” we offer you the option to move to an alternate available course date OR a 50% refund plus admin fee of $35 +gst. 2) If you need to cancel within 48hrs of the start of your “lot training,” there is only the option to move to an alternative date. NO SHOW POLICY – Should you not show up for the course that you have booked, the course fee will be lost and rebooking and repaying will be required to attend another course date.
