Cancellation and no show policy

We understand that sometimes life happens and plans need to change. At the same time, our courses operate with small class sizes and limited motorcycle and instructor availability, so a change close to the course date can make it difficult for us to fill your spot.

We will always do our best to work with you when circumstances change. The following policy helps us keep our courses running fairly and ensures that we can continue to provide the level of training our students expect.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

7 or more days before your course start date:
You may choose one of the following:
– Transfer your registration to another available F.P.M. course date at no additional charge, subject to availability; OR
– Request a 50% refund of the course fee, less a $35 + GST administration fee.

Between 48 hours and 6 days before your course start date:
– Your registration may be transferred to another available F.P.M. course date.
– No refund will be provided.
– A rebooking/administration fee may apply.

Less than 48 hours before your course start date:
– No refund or credit will be provided.
– A transfer to another course date is not guaranteed and will only be considered at the discretion of F.P.M. Motorcycle Rider Training.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not attend your scheduled course and have not made arrangements with F.P.M. prior to the course start time:
– The course fee will be forfeited.
– Your registration will be considered cancelled.
– To attend a future course, you will be required to rebook and pay the applicable course fee again.

A late arrival may also be treated as a missed course component if the instructor determines that the student has missed essential training.

AFTER THE COURSE HAS STARTED

Once your lot training has commenced, no refunds or credits will be provided for missed training days, missed portions of the course, or early withdrawal from the course.

Any opportunity to make up missed training will be at the discretion of F.P.M. Motorcycle Rider Training and may be subject to additional fees and availability.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. F.P.M. Motorcycle Rider Training reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception is at the sole discretion of F.P.M. Motorcycle Rider Training and does not establish an ongoing entitlement to a refund, credit, or transfer.

We understand life happens, we just ask you to communicate with us.
